What is Reiki?
Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing practice used to aid in stress reduction and relaxation. It also can help with pain reduction and supports your physical, mental and emotional health. Reiki enhances the body's natural ability to heal.
The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy."
Practitioners lightly place their hands on or above the body, channeling energy to promote balance, harmony, and deep relaxation. It is beneficial for all ages and particularly helpful for those with anxiety, depression, insomnia, and stress.

What happens during a Reiki Session:
Ally will talk with you at the beginning of the session to discuss any specific area in need of healing or if you're just looking for general balance. You will lay comfortably on a massage table and feel light, healing hands over the head and body during the session. Reiki sessions are 45 minutes long or 1 hour if you have add-ons.

Attuned to Level 2 Reiki by renowned Reiki Master Ulises Calatayud, Ally embraces her role as a healer with a deep commitment to fostering wellness and supporting others along their healing journey.
