Class Schedule: Currently, ALL classes are offered virtually
For VIRTUAL CLASSES:
Please register at least 30 minutes prior to class start time.

Clear a space & gather props (a blanket or beach towel, a scarf or belt and blocks or 2 28 oz. cans)
30 minutes before class, you will receive an email with the link to the class.
When the studio reopens:
Park around back - any spot with a sign designated as "Canfield Building" is yours for the taking. Come up the stairs. You will see a YOGA sign above the entrance.
Dress comfortably - you want to be able to move freely. Bring water if you like. We have mats that you may borrow free of charge, or bring your own. There are lots of props at the studio for your use. Oh - and don't eat too much 1-2 hours before class.
If you are new to yoga, you may want to show up a bit early to introduce yourself to your teacher and discuss any past injuries or other issues.
